Un user al Reddit a postat lista misiunilor care vor fi incluse in Metal Gear Solid 5 : The Phantom Pain, afirmand ca a participat la un eveniment preview unde a putut sa vada o lista cu toate misiunile. Nu exista nicio confirmare din partea sa, dar numele misiunilor se potrivesc cu lista de achievements/realizari, care a fost deja confirmata de publicatii externe.
