Currently, if you want to have a video window that appears above all other windows, you'll have some trouble. For example, you could keep a window above the video in VLC, but if you want to keep and window Skype video call, things get complicated. A test version of Windows 10 had just appeared, and it comes with a new feature called "compact overlay window" which is basically a window that stays on top of any other programs you run. Thus, you can watch an episode of items can be productive on Netflix or watching a video call on Skype. Microsoft constantly trying to bring new features to Windows 10, providing frequent updates to keep users happy and encourage developers as well. Sales of PCs that lost momentum in the past shows that it is harder to keep enthusiasm alive unless users with new features show cnet.com. Another function that starts in the operating system is called "dynamic lock", its aim is that the PC that you use to be better protected when you're not around him. Dona Sarkar, a programmer at Microsoft, explains briefly how the function works: "If you have a device connected via Bluetooth to the laptop and it is not in range, Windows 10 will close the screen and lock the PC after 30 seconds".
